In the state of virginia, if I'm emancipated, can I receive help from the state? I.E. Foodstamps, housing assistance, etc.

Hopefully, the court hearing the matter would find that your apparent need for

these welfare benefits would be ample reason in and of itself for denying

your petition for emancipation.
