Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I told my husband the other day that I was moving out, but did not tell him when. I moved out and now he has taken my car from me. The car is in his name, was bought before we were married, however I have been the primary driver of the vehicle since it was bought, and I have personalized plates. Can I keep my car if he keeps the other vehicles and the house?

Merely because you've been the "primary driver" of this vehicle and have had personalized

plates affixed to it doesn't make you the owner under these circumstances if your

husband had purchased it with his funds prior to the marriage and has had

the vehicle titled in his name only.
