in virginia, if you marry someone that owes back childsupport, can the spouse be held responsible for the debt, and if so, can a joint tax filing be liened as a form of payment for child support services....also, the person in question makes monthly payments which are less than the court ordered amount, but are sent monthly.

No, no way (can such a spouse be held liable for these kinds of child

support arrearages).
