Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

i bought a car 3 months ago. Three weeks after i bought it the car wouldnt run and i called the dealership and they wouldnt fix it. I soon after found out they lied to me about having a factory warranty and now the reverse is messed up and the sunroof wont close so i have water damage and electrical problems i want to know if i have a case or not or what can i do.

Assuming that the car is used and you were fraudulently induced by the dealership into purchasing it by being told that the vehicle was still covered by a factory warranty, then it's possible that you may have a viable case against this seller on a variety of grounds.
