Suing a Contractor
I am trying to sue a contractor in Civil Court in Va, and the court tells me there are no forms only that I must write up a legal complaint and mail it in with my payment. Does a legal complaint have a certain format? If so, where can I go to find an example of how to write a legal complaint?
