Holding My Wages

Hi i had been working at this company for about a month and only resived one check from them so i quite do to not getting payed. so i called the main office and asked about my checks and they said they were being mailed.. well 3 weeks later i finally get 1 of the checks but they had redused me to minimum wage and only payed me for one days work .. i asked them adn they said since i quit they can reduse my wages and pay me for only my last job assingment. i want to know if this is legal because i never signed anything accepting minimum wage. and i still havent been recived my other check and they said their is nothing they can do about it

You may wish to consider suing this former employer in small claims court for the wages which you believe are still owed you but which remain unpaid.
