Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I submitted an EEO claim in 2010, just received correspondence from the agency. I have since moved on with my life. Do I have to respond to a request for Interrogatories and Production of Documents?

No, not if you're the disgruntled employee who submitted your

claim more than three years ago to the EEOC alleging unlawful employment practices on the part of your former employer but are now no longer interested in pursuing it. Nevertheless, should that be the case, it would seem appropriate for you to inform the EEOC of your decision so that it can close out your apparently still pending case.
