Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

bought a rto home, have made all payments with no problem until now. seller claims they only got 1/2 of payment. i have copies of money orders that were sent all at the same time. she won't give me enough time to have the "missing money orders" traced. Can she still evict me? I have paid $53.000 on this house and am down to my last payment.

Your "last payment" as to what? If you mean that this is the last payment required before you become

the legal owner of this property, then you should arrange for a consultation ASAP with a local attorney

who handles real estate and real property law matters in your particular area to avoid an unjustifiable

forfeiture of what you've invested thus far in this property (my opinion).
