How do I evict someone from my home? People had no where to go- I let them stay for 1 month and wrote on a paper from date to date - @ 125.00 a week. OK now month is up and they say " try to evict us- it will take months- too bad. " HELP!

Yes, these squatters are correct, i.e., it could take a while to get them out (legally) since you must file a warrant for unlawful detainer in your local general district court in order to evict them as any landlord would have to do for any regular tenant who allegedly is in material violation of the lease.
