Is a landlord required to notify his tenants when there is repeated construction in the yard on the property close to the rented dwelling and the renters have children

No, unless such a requirement is in the lease of this rental property,

I would think not, but as an issue of common sense, it would certainly

seem advisable to keep these tenants updated on such a matter.
