what happens to my rental deposit when my landlord forecloses on the house I'm renting and what is the time I'll be evicted

Your security deposit must be returned to you minus

any legitimate deductions for damages which you may have caused to the unit during your tenure or for other items covered under the lease to which the landlord would be authorized to apply the deposit(including any unpaid rent).

As for when you could be required to quit these premises, each foreclosure action is distinct unto itself and dependent upon numerous individualized factors, making it nearly impossible to reliably predict any particular time frame for your exit from this rental house(in my opinion).
