Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I have been living in a place that's been on the rental market for 2+ years now my landlord wants to sale the house and I have 5months to move. His relator wants to offer viewing's while I'm still living in the property..i don't consent to it and I've asked his relator can she suggest asking the landlord to break the lease. She said no and that I need to honor the rental agreement which doesn't include the realtor showing the property while I'm still living in it. What can I do from a legal stand point?

Not much (in my opinion) since it's generally presumed reasonable

for a landlord to have the right to show a leased property to prospective

buyers before the tenant's lease has expired as long as it's done in

a manner which doesn't unreasonably inconvenience the tenant.
