Notice of Eviction

What is my recourse if I have provided a 30-day notice (in accordance with the lease) to my tenent and he does not move out on the stated date?

You must file in the general district court (civil division) what's known as a Warrant For Unlawful Detainer and then scrupulously adhere to all procedures which follow this particular action which are involved in effecting a lawful eviction of this tenant.
