Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment I have had a few outrageous problems that I do believe I can sue my lease holders for. I don't wish to sue them mainly just break my lease and get my deposit back. Issues are as follows: most recent this week lead paint resulting in the hospitalization of one and a pipe bursting in the ceiling resulting in a sudden collapse of the ceiling on my dinning table as well as flooding issue when a down pour occurred. I haven't even been a resident for 9 months yet. I just want to leave with my deposit. Now they have fixed all the most issues but its just way too much for me to deal with any more this would make my third unit since I have been a resident.

Have you asked them to break lease? You should consult an attorney about this situation. Good luck.
