Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia

My parents allowed my aunt to move in last Dec when she was broke and had to rent out her house. She does not pay rent or help with utilities. My dad told her last week that she had until dec 1st to find a new place to live. She has made very little effort to provide for herself upon moving into my parents house. She states they can not legally make her move out. Is this true?

No, it is not true, and she can be evicted by filing the necessary papers

involving an unlawful detainer action with the clerk's office of the general district

court where the property is located.
