Re: Judicial & Attorney Misconduct

Your question is difficult if not impossible to understand. You might try to restate it in a way that enables the reader to understand the specific issue you are raising. However, it sounds like you're generally disgruntled with the outcome of a divorce case and you're trying to blame your lawyer and even the judge. If you think the lawyer didn't properly represent your interests, you can file a complaint with the local bar or attorney grievance commission where the lawyer practices. You can file a malpractice case if you're able to find an attorney who is willing to represent you. As for the judge, he/she has a right to ask questions if he is the factfinder in a case and often will do so if the evidence presented by the parties leaves some questions unanswered.
