Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

malpractice

My son face was cut when he was born March 31st 2008. the doctor cut his face about a half an inch while proforming a c-section. Is that mlpractice?

Yes, I suppose that it "could be" medical malpractice, but as a practical factual and legal matter is probably not (in my opinion).

"C" sections after all, necessarily involve the use of sharp surgical instruments and are not merely routine operations.
