Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia

in 2008 i was given a oth from the marines for a commision of a serious offense 6210.6 i am trying to fight it i had rented a car from avis and given it to a friend to return when he didnt under va law it is considered a felony the jusge dropped it down to a misdamenor and i just payed avis but i still got a oth and they wouldnt let me out of jail unitl i sighned paper to let me out of the marines can i fight this i need my gi bill and va benefits
