Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

If a company is an LLC in Virginia and holds one piece of commercial/rental property(it is currently leased to a restaurant for 15-20 yrs.)can 1 or 2 of the five member LLC partners force the others to sell( this is currently what's being stated by the two who want to sell) the others consider this not to be the optimum time to sell
