Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
If the fire code says grills are nit allowed to be used within 10 ft if a structure and my lease says per this code they are nit allowed on the property can I be evicted for not paying what I was fined for having it on the property.

Yes, you could be evicted (in my opinion).
