Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Hayes v. Aquia Marina

We have a dispute with a neighbor who has a deeded easement through our property. Hayes v. Aquia Marina is often cited in connection. Where can I get a copy of the full court decision in this case? I would like to see if it is similar to our situation, but I can only find summaries online which only give general information.

You can go to any local law library and look the case up in either the Virginia or South Eastern Reporter series. There you will find the entire case. (The law librarian can help out if you are unfamiliar as to where exactly in the library these reports are located.)
