Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I hear water leaking behind my walls and am concerned with possible mold as I am allergic to it. Should I have to pay a transfer fee to be moved to another unit in the building?

this situation (as well as the relevant facts concerning this alleged leak and

what efforts the landlord may have made to repair it), I couldn't offer an opinion
