housing complex in Harrisonburg , VA, Is a contingent lease between a renter and housing complex binding? signed and contracted to rent an apartment contingent upon the current renters did not resign for next year. The contract states that if they re sign the housing complex will lease you a comparable apartment.
What happens if they are full to capacity? is it still ginding?

I find this question confusing in its essential terms, particularly, the phrase

"contingent upon the current renters did not resign for next year:" and the

lack of clarity as to the relationship (if any) between this renter and these

"current renters".

I suggest that you rephrase to clarify these matters (and without

using the term "resign") and then resubmit.
