Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I have been living in a rental home for three years with my fianc�. We are splitting up and most of the property in the house I brought into it. Does he have any legal right to it now that we have lived together? We have never been married.

No, merely living together with property which one roommate brings into a residence shared with another in no way gives rise to a valid legal claim (without more) in regard to this particular

property with respect to this other roommate (my opinion).
