Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I need to know if when a person who has an easement with me across my land with no road frontage sales their property will the buyers then have " free" per miss to cross my land? The easements have road names but are not maintained by the state I have up kept them. Please help.

If these easements are referenced in both deeds to these adjoining properties

(yours and your neighbor's), then they probably "run with the land" and would continue even when this neighbor's property is sold and which could therefore be utilized by the new owner(in my opinion).
