Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Power of attorney for house

Me and my girlfriend bought a house and she wants to give me full power of attorney to do what I wish with reguard to the house. Exactly what form do I use and is it possible to have it tailored to my situation. Also if I tailor it myself what should be addressed in the document?

Without knowing what your situation is, who could say as to how the form should be "tailored". As to why you and your girlfriend would even need this device remains puzzling, as you should be able to hold title jointly in the property "with right of survivorship" even if you're not married to each other.
