we have property in Virginia my aunt decided to put 5 other family members on the property when my grandfather passed he would've never put them on but she was the senior of 4 sisters now no one including she don't want to care for the property since she put the names of the other family members on the property does she have the same power to remove them

No, she (your aunt) does not now have the power to unilaterally remove these other family members from the deed to this property. However, each of these other family members who do not want to remain as owners of fractional shares of this property should be able to reconvey their respective interests back to this aunt if that is their desire.
