My question is : If in my divorce (2003 seperated Divorced 04 or05) I was given the trailer,which we still owed on. I've been making the payments, and the finace company knows the situation. If he owes the IRS $30 some Thousand dollars, can they come in and take MY TRAILER? Both names are still on the loan. I live in Virginia, and the trailer is in Va.

No, under the circumstances described, you should now be regarded as the
sole owner of this trailer which therefore should not be subject to any claims
from the IRS resulting from what your former husband may still owe this agency in unpaid federal taxes(and irrespective of the fact that his name may still be on the loan documents).
