Legal Question
My question is : If in my divorce (2003 seperated Divorced 04 or05) I was given the trailer,which we still owed on. I've been making the payments, and the finace company knows the situation. If he owes the IRS $30 some Thousand dollars, can they come in and take MY TRAILER? Both names are still on the loan. I live in Virginia, and the trailer is in Va.
