all children on school bus no danger to them passed school bus because was so long leaving one of the childrens mothers was talking with bus driver and passed bus also was off from nite shift and very tired driving record good up to this point

The accused should be prepared to go to traffic court

to explain it all to the judge as to the mitigating factors that

should allow him or her to plead to something lower than

the reckless driving charge which s/he is presently facing.

(Yes,, passing a stopped school bus with red lights flashing is

now one of about 16 different kinds of reckless driving specified in the traffic code of the Commonwealth.)
