Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I would like to start a petition to revoke the motorcycle helmet law in Florida. I am going to do it on change.org and when you start a petition they ask you the following 3 questions:1. Who do you want to petition? 2. What do you want them to do? 3. Why is this important?
Can you please help me answer question 1? Do I enter "The State of Florida, USA" or???
My cousin was just killed in a motorcycle accident in FL and was not wearing a helmet. I would really like this petition to be successful and I am sure it would help our family heal and know it would help stop another event like this from occurring. I would really appreciate any guidance you can provide.

"Revoke the motorcycle helmet law in Florida" due apparently to your cousin's recent death in a motorcycle accident in that state?
Your question makes no sense.
Furthermore, if this question is addressed at all (after clarification) it
should be done by a Florida rather than a Virginia attorney.
