Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

3 siblings, 1 ask to be brought out. 1 paid the amount asked and the other 1 has not paid. The one that ask to be brought out has not paid any real estate taxes or house insurance in 10 years. That sibling is asking for a room and a key to the house. Is this possible?

Your question appears confused in that if asked that your interest in

the property be bought out by a third sibling, then you would've been

paid the value of your interest rather than you paying anything.

In any event, if the sibling who is doing the buying out wants to provide

the other sibling with the accommodation that s/he is allegedly requesting,

that would be a matter between the two of them and have nothing to do with you since you would no longer be a co-owner of the property at issue.
