Can an executer use estate money to repair real estate property in order to prepare it for sale.

Yes, such an expenditure could be permissible for the executor to undertake,

but the reasons for it should be well documented and fully justifiable

not only to the named beneficiaries but in the executor's final report to

the commissioner of accounts.
