filing a claim

what is required to file a claim against an estate for ser vices provided to the deceased? Deceased was from Virginia but died in Florida.

If you were a creditor to the deceased your claim against his estate must be filed with the executor or administrator of the estate in the city or county where the estate is being probated(which is most likely where he died).

A notice of probate will most likely appear in the local paper for a limited period time informing all creditors with claims against the estate of the address of the executor or administrator to whom claim(s) are to be submitted.
