Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

I am currently one of five heirs to a home in VA. One of the heirs daughter has been allowed to live there for free I want the property sold and so do at least two other heirs. What are my legal rights to have this person evicted from the home and put it on the market.

Whehter or not you are the executor or personal representative or administrator, you should have an attorney review the Will, etc., regarding the power of sale and see what needs to be done to go ahead and sell the property. I assume the "tenant" is not there pursuant to a lease, and that she can not buy the property. Good luck.
