my mother wants to change her deed to her will.. she wants to remove a name to some property and add a different one ..what can she do??

Your mother should contact the attorney who drafted her current will
to have it amended in the manner that she desires. However, if this particular
attorney is no longer available for whatever reason, any local lawyer
who handles probate matters should be able to provide this service.
