Such a POA (Power of Attorney) document may no longer be feasible

if this "unexpectedly incapacitated family member" is no longer mentally

competent to legally execute such a document which would mean that

a petition would need to be filed in your local circuit court for the appointment

of another family member who would be appropriate to serve as the conservator for this incapacitated one.
