Arbitration;

If I was thiking about settling my W/C case, and didnt think the price was right, what happens at an arbitration hearing, and is it too late to have an atourney?

Each case is different. As a Virginia Workers Compensation Lawyer for 35 years, I can tell you that you should have your case reviewed by an experience workers compensation attorney before you throw it away with a rash settlement of some kind. Once you settle, your case is over with and you cannot receive any additional compensation for that injury.
