Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia
working employees for full 40 hours and taking monies from them
this is a nonprofit arena and making all the hourly employees work the full 40 hrs but are taking back 2 hours from each paycheck from all the employees, is this legal in the state of Virginia to do?
