Heirs not being informed about state of fathers estate

My ex died 2 children only heirs their uncle appointed personal rep. ex died without will. Uncle has not informed heirs of desposil of property is selling house and will not allow heirs to go home even. kids don't want the house sold they want to live there. Uncle had father cremated will not allow kids to bury father. Own plot wanted to be next to grandfather. Father died 9/03 afraid kids will loses everything that their had it is causing great deal of pain for children not to have closure to death or be able to go home we are presently staying with my parents kids are 9 and 11. Need to remove uncle if possible and get remains of father inturned get the kids home.

You need to immediately seek legal representation to remove the uncle as the representative of the estate based on the breach of his fiduciary duty. You at least have to enjoin the sale of the home. As for your ex's remains, since he is already cremated, that is not as pressing as what's happending with the property. This issue can be dealt with at the time of the hearing to remove the uncle as the personal representative.
