Re: about police reports

I don't see why not, but I'd call a law enforcement agency to find out whether they would want to withhold numbers and, if so, what authority they had.

The particular statute regarding Public Disclosure (freedom of information) is RCW 42.17.250 and following, which you can access at http://search.leg.wa.gov/wslrcw/RCW%20%2042%20%20TITLE/RCW%20%2042%20.%2017%20%20CHAPTER/RCW%20%2042%20.%2017%20%20chapter.htm

In particular look at the exceptions at RCW 42.17.310 at http://search.leg.wa.gov/wslrcw/RCW%20%2042%20%20TITLE/RCW%20%2042%20.%2017%20%20CHAPTER/RCW%20%2042%20.%2017%20.310.htm.
