Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington

When filing chapter 7 (cannot afford an attorney) I have to calculate my monthly expenses. I am currently unemployed and living at a friends. Do I estimate expenses based on my current situation or what it will be when I find work?

You should base your income based on the previous six months from the time of filing your chapter 7 bankruptcy case and you will use your current expenses rather than what you think your expenses will be in the future.
