Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

Internet Scams

I ordered a product from an online company, was immediately charged for the product, but have not received any goods since then. On the website, there is a link for writing emails, but no phone number. Three emails I have written over the past month have all been ignored. Are there any laws prohibiting this, or anything I can do?

1. If you paid by credit card, you should contact the credit card immediately. They may be able to refund you the money.

2. Contact the WA State Attorney General's office consumer protection division.
