Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Washington

Hey, I received a summons a few months back just stating that a law office now had my credit card debt. I'm unable to pay this month due to not having a job, I'm wondering if they did end up taking me to court, what would the potential outcomes be? Especially ones without a job, I don't wanna go to the klink ><

In general you won't go to jail for debt. They could file suit against you (did not appear from your statement that there was a judgment). If they have or get a judgment they can proceed to supplemental proceedings to locate and attach your assets and income.
