Expungement . . .

Except in a rare case in which the court orders expungement on it's own authority for good cause, there is no such remedy in Washington State for criminal convictions. At most, a conviction can be vacated (see forms at www.courts.wa.gov) and sealed.

If you were arrested but never charged, you can request that the Washington State Patrol delete (exunge) the arrest information. Check RCW 10.97.
