Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

What ELSE can I do?

My hsbnd: 4th degree domestic violence/no-contact order. I want this case dropped. We had second pretrial conference re drop no-contact order, but judge said classic case and refused our request. He didnt listen to me that I was NOT calling police/I was the main agressor/I do not agree with police record. I told prosecutor that I am against this order, but he didnt care. He told that main problem why we want no-contact order to be dropped is my hsbnds health!!! Unbelievable! Isn't enought for man with chance of 20% to live?!NO WAY our situation is classic. My hsbnd is VERY sick man. Our family is NOT a violent/I am NOT that type who needs to be protected/I do NOT feel in danger/have NEVER been.

What can I do to help my hsbnd? WHO can help in cases like mine (I do not need protection as abused women) ? he has a lawyer, doesn't change him. I cannot afford more lawyers. I'm not going to cooperate withpolice/hypocriticalprosecutor/same my advocate - NOBODY REAL CARE. sorry, after all i hate them. My hsbnd is not planning to go angermngmnt/ready for jury trial. What ELSE can I do? I wrote letter to judge - didn't work. Should I speak AGAIN to prsectr? How can I make him to stop? complain? to whom? Should I go to jury trial? best?
