If my boyfriend has a misdemeanor charge that is nonconviction he plead not guilty to marijuana possesion less/equal to 40 grams then why is it showing on his record? I thought only convictions and felonies are supposed to show up??

Re: non conviction

Non-conviction data can still show up on your record (including arrests). You can have it removed by seeking an expungement.
