CHild support and visitation

I am not getting child support and am running credit cards up everytime I get in my car and run my child to his father. There is a 2 1/2 to 3 hours between us. Do I have to take him . I live in Washington

You need to ask the court for relief, not unilaterally cut off the child's relationship with their other parent.

Family Support Division of your local prosecuting attorney's office may be able to help you with this and they don't charge you for it.
