Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

daycare

prior to a final order my ex worked at a daycare where she would keep our two boys with her and would not let me have the given first right of refusal claiming they were at her work not in a daycare. Now she has claimed I owe back daycare expenses and is taking me to court on comtemptcause I did not pay in full in the week she demanded full payment. I could not afford this as well as I have to physical proof that they were actually in the daycare.
