It was never filed? Was it drafted? Courts retain jurisdiction for it. QDROs are not to be trifled with. Spend the money to hire an attorney that knows what they are doing. I do family law for about 20% of my practice and I do NOT write QDROs except in very limited circumstances and instead contract that out to other attorneys myself.
