Likely can get a decree of dissolution of marriage in WA

If you are a resident of WA, WA court can determine the status of your marriage. WA court likely cannot do anything regarding other issues such as child support, parenting plan, or division of assets and debts. However, given the length of your separation, there may not be those issues in your case.

You likely should review your facts and options with an attorney to find out how the laws apply to your particular case.
